Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt. To complete the return or exchange, all products should be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

Returning goods should be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during shipping process.

Returns/exchanges are free of charge within Greece only when General Post is used and only for one return. In case sender wishes to use another courier company, the sender will be responsible for such costs.

If your order has been sent abroad return fees should be paid by sender.

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for special/customized orders.

In case of return, the amount can be credited to your account for a future purchase. Refunds are provided only when the returned good/s are accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
